Promoting your campaign on Facebook
If you don’t already have a Facebook account, create one.
Share your campaign on Facebook
You can post your campaign to your profile by clicking the “Share This” link below your campaign’s name and then clicking the “facebook” button. This will make the campaign link appear in the news feed of all your friends.

Invite your Facebook friends
If you don’t have someone’s email, sending them a message through Facebook is a great way to get in touch.
- Go to your Friends page
- Click on their individual profiles one by one, and beneath their picture click “Send a message”
Facebook Groups
There are thousands of Facebook groups, and probably several that would find your campaign interesting.
- Search for groups and join the ones that fit.
- Write a note on the group’s Wall that links to your campaign
- Write the group administrator(s)
- Invite them to join the campaign
- Ask them to send a message to their group about the campaign
- Ask them to post a campaign badge on their group page
Write a Note
- Open the Notes application. Notes are short statements that appear on your profile and your friends’ news feeds.
- Create your note, and tag as many friends as Facebook allows. Only the friends that you tag will receive the note in their news feed.
- Repeat daily with different friends.
