I just want to say thank you to Kristen for taking the time to respond to my question. I did receive a call from someone in the administrative dept. and the issue was resolved. We discussed that it is difficult to locate a phone number for members to contact the Point/Groupon. The woman I spoke with checked the site and agreed that a change should be made to make the phone number more readily accessible to its customers.
