Victim of a crime needing funds for legal counsel

Hello, have been looking for an attorney in my county but no one wants to take on my case because this county is often referred to as the good ole boys club. I have recently gone out of the county to get an attorney but I don’t have the funds needed to get started. Fortunately, for the criminal in the picture that was recently charged with a felony has the best attorney in my county. When I called this same attorney last year about this case, he didn’t even return my call and this attorney is beginning his retirement from the Johnston County School Board where my college is located as well.

I am an educator in my county and have worked at the college for 9 years. The college doesn’t want to help me at all. They will not even ban this man from the college and I am in the process of getting a restraining order that has been continued in court. I don’t understand all of this but I know it is wrong. I just need some help!
