We are about to cross the 75% mark and have 12 days to add @ 260 people. Sharing this campaign has opened my eyes and heart in ways I never expected. There are so many amazing people who recognize the unique time that we find ourselves in and share the desire to come together to build a better world. Thank you to everyone who joined the campaign and a special thank you to those that have shared it with your family and friends! You are making a difference AND we are not there yet.

The 10 Year Campaign for Compassionate Cities is just a start. The campaign demonstrates that citizens care deeply about compassionate action and are ready and willing to hold themselves accountable for the quality of compassion that is experienced in their homes, schools, offices and throughout our city.
Our goal is to create a compassionate world, one city at a time. It takes awareness plus commitment to make personal as well as collective change. Other cities planning compassionate cities campaigns now include Bellevue, Bellingham, Portland, Issaquah, London, Lahore Pakistan, Spokane, San Francisco, Tacoma, Vancouver BC.

2010 Compassion Exchange April 24th – Save the Date
