Why only cute dogs? How exactly do you propose to pass this law? How do you plan to solve the pet overpopulation problem? (I agree killing is not the answer, but you need to present some ideas about would be better!) Dude, think it through! Work out a strategy for stopping pet euthanasia, then ask people to support it in specific terms, ie, lobby your congress members and senators to introduce a bill banning the killing of pets, and to support it. Be specific, and you might get something done!
