    i always read phosphate levels when i choose dishwasher soap— there is one with a yellow box – not sure which brand— that has half as much phosphate as the others— around 3% instead of the usual 6.

    I will also impose on my roommates to follow this boycott, maybe by buying a massive amount of a better detergent.

    I found this information while researching my son’s 4th Grade Science Fair project and intend to use this as a “call to action” attachment for his project. Few people are aware that there are still phosphates in any of our cleaning solutions, as the hype years ago was to eliminate them from laundry detergent. Perhaps we can raise awareness of this problem through my son’s school project!

    Hmmm. Not very popular campign. Here is why—dishwasher soap without phosphates is like a touch-less car wash without acid—it does not work. So, as of Jan 1 2011, all my dishes are covered in a white film, Jet Dry does nothing to help this. So, now I have to wash my dishes, then place a bowl of white vinegar under the dishwasher and re-run a cycle to remove the white film. Then I have to run another cycle to rinse off the vinegar. Way to go environmental idiots! Save the environment by using 3x the energy, 3x the water, and now adding vinegar to the water supply! Think McFly!! Ugghhh!!!

    I really appreciate you giving me the name of electrosol!I was looking for the soap with the most phosphate to get my dishes clean. I was having difficulties finding the soap with the highest phosphate because you tree huggers don’t want anybody to use it. So I used reverse psychology and got to this website posing as a caring person that wants to join the cause and presto the name of electrolsol came up. I am on my way to the grocery to get a bunch of boxes before the stuff is banned by you weirdos permanently. I did the same thing with bug killer because you fools wanted to eliminate Diazinon the worlds best bug killer this side of DDT. Because of your insatiable need to hug trees you give guys like me a the perfect opportunity to find the good stuff!!! Keep up the good work…suckers
