THE PITCH
A major obstacle for a Domestic Violence Victim to obtaining a restraining order is that 80% don’t have the money to pay for it. We at Wings of a Dove, Inc. believe that the first restraining order should be free. Please help to change the laws by signing this petition. Let your voice be heard. Thank You.
