I ordered 2 women’s expo tickets on 1/19 and have not received them. I did receive an email from your support department named Kelly yesterday that they got stuck in processing and should be available yesterday. I have still not received them. I tried to call your cusotmer service department but they are not working on the weekend. Groupon can you assist me so I can get my tickets tonight as we are going tommorrow. Thanks
