OBJECTIVE
Brighten the day of a child with cancer by donating to Queen for a Day.
TERMS

If we reach at least $250 by June 2, 2009, then your money is donated to Queen for a Day and is matched up to $5,000 by one of our supporters.

THE PITCH

Queen for a Day, a 501C3 non-profit organization, aims to counter the debilitating emotional side effects of cancer treatment in children ages 1-21 through positive attention and self-confidence building activities. Programs focus on easing physical and emotional distress, giving patients the chance to be a kid again.

Lots of small donations can be hugely effective. Give just a little and we’ll keep you updated on the impact of the group effort.

$25 provides a gift package for a patient. Girls receive tiaras, make-overs, manicures, and feather boas. Boys receive fire fighter hats and hero-themed gifts.

Your donation will only be charged if we reach $250 in pledges by the deadline.
