Open letter to Snyder

  • Good morning,

I started an open letter to Dan Snyder, wikipedia-style, that anyone can edit. I think it will be pretty powerful to have a letter written with 1,400 fan signatures on it.

    The letter is here

  • We need to emphasis more respect for the fans. Right now he treats the fans as Cash Cows with some of the highest prices for tickets, concessions & parking. While I do not expect him to reduce any of these, we should demand a public appology for what he has done to the Redskins.

  • We flat out have a terrible fan experience. I have authored several letters complaining about a variety of obvious problems…one being the jersey walls separating the orange and green lots. They used be inside the green lot area (in other words they stole green lot spaces for the orange lot). You could tell this because the signs are painted green, orange, etc.

Well they fixed it this year…but they made up for it by shutting down the number of lanes going into the stadium for green and orange…and leaving 3 wide open for purple…with no wait whatsover. Unbelievably poor.

I have pleaded with them to start a fan experience focus group or advisory panel. You could solve a MILLION problems by engagement….

    All I hear is crickets…
