I just found out about this EPA/Dept. of Agriculture/Dept. of Energy program that encourages the use of methane recovery technology on livestock farms.

I’m curious what folks think of a government program like this.
Do you think something like this could be taken beyond just the voluntary participation level? Do you think this sort of technology is a viable option for creating a more sustainable livestock industry or do more radical changes need to happen?
