During the Great Depression, two neighboring businesses—a full-service beauty lounge and a laser-tag arena—were forced to merge in order to survive. The new business became known as Nina's Skin Care & Laser Center, and it forever changed the world by combining beautification techniques with laser-tag technology to modify balding patterns. Its innovative procedure uses the most advanced laser equipment in North America to blast away unnecessary tufts of hair. The accuracy of the lasers makes balding patterns—cleaner horseshoes, more-defined flying Vs, precision designs—more visually appealing.

With the success of this new balding beauty treatment came many followers, but none have mastered the technology quite like Nina's Skin Care & Laser Center. Nina's has expanded the use of the laser to all kinds of hair removal, not just popular balding styles; it also offers a wide variety of other beauty and spa services, such as facials, massages, mani-pedis, and more.

boy did i make a mistake buying this groupon. Nina’s employees are rude as hell and they don’t carry sanitary, regular flip flops. I got a terrible “spa” pedicure as well as a very, very bad waxing of my upper lip.

Never again will I go to Nina’s!

I got talked into buying a series because she offered me, what I thought, was a great deal. Then I realized she overcharged me, so I got mad and she refunded a portion of it. It was still a bad deal because the next day I see another Groupon for a different place with a much better deal! Yesterday this place calls me to tell me about a special on laser hair removal I tell them, “I am already a client and I just started my series! Why are you calling me to buy more?” SO ANNOYING!

This place was kind of gross and they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I was going to get a spray on tan, thank goodness the very dirty and unsanitary equipment they pulled out didn’t work—I couldn’t run out of there fast enough. They did a 10 minute body scrub and claimed it was a $75 service! They could not have been more rude. This was a bad deal for me because there is no way I’m going back to spend the rest of my groupon

I actually had a pretty good experience at Nina’s. Got a nice, relaxing facial from — oh, what was her name..Nathasha I think? (Blonde, russian woman.) Bella, on the other hand, pressured me to buy a package, and charged me extra for tax. She was a little annoying. They acknowledged the mistake, but instead of giving me my money back, they gave me a ‘credit’… Still, overall, friendly and the woman who worked on me was really nice and seemed skilled.

  • Irene Siegel

Okay — went again to Nina’s and had a good experience again — with Natalya (that’s her name!). She gave me a microderm abrasion, and her style was really lovely and relaxing — and that treatment made my skin glow. She did suggest buying a package, but didn’t pressure me. I’d definitely recommend her.

  • Irene Siegel

Oh — and everyone was really friendly and nice. I liked this place.

I was thinking of getting a few but was wondering if you could double them up during one visit

I would suggest calling first. It never says limit one per customer, but it does say you can buy more then one as a gift…which implies one per person? I would definitely call before you bought more then one for yourself.
