- To get OCTA to put bus stops on Pacific Inland & Ocean Ave, in Laguna Niguel.

If we reach at least 100 people by March 2, 2009, then I then plan on presenting this patition to OCTA, when they have there meeting Wenesday, March 4th.
- THE PITCH

If you live in one of these neighborhoods on Pacific Island or Ocean way, In Laguna Niguel, you know how difficult it is to catch a OCTA bus from these neighborhoods. I personally have contacted OCTA several times on this issue.
The answer Is always"it’s just not in there budget". Which I think is ironic since all of Orange County recently voted and passed a proposal for more finances for public transportation and OCTA just raised there fares supposedly because of the rising cost of gas prices, which everyone knows that the buses run on propane NOT diesel gas, and there are 3 buses that pass daily at the bottom of Alicia & Pacific Island and 3 buses that pass daily on the bottom of Crown Valley & Pacific Island. If you are tired of walking up and down this mountain to catch a OCTA bus and want bus stops here on Pacific Island please sign this petition. - ORGANIZER
