I am already vegan, but I want this to hit the tipping point. I think this is a great idea to education non-vegetarians about the negative effects that the animal agriculture has on the environment. Plus, I really think it’s important to get people to cut down on meat and this is a great opportunity to show people that you don’t need meat and the other options they have. Go Paul!
