    I was just reading a response to a topic and it was a very good idea. Those above the influence commercials are a good idea to get teens to quit skoking. now how about commercials for our cause. if we had a commercial that explains how marijuana could instantly get this country out of dept and help those with medical problems and explain how alchohol and cigarettes are twice as harmful maybe we could get some where. if thre was some way to take up donations and have the right people organize this for us i think it could work. montel williams smokes marijuana and openly admits it. he is a very respected person i bet any thing he would be a good spokes person for this. but i doubt it would ever get approved.

    What about YouTube?

    Couldn’t marijuana smokers everywhere unite and film a video and then everyone post their videos on YouTube all on or about the same day?

    ok soo i smoke every other day or soo.. i use to smoke all the time.. but marijuana being illegal is not fair, it has never hurt anyone, in the history of drugs or whatever there is not one recorded death due to marijuana. it can actually help people in some ways, my friend has depression, his pills make him sick, but smoking weed, he is happy and positive. I smoke after a long day. Ease up on things. I believe that marijuana is the better drug for anyone who does drugs, pot isn’t even a drug, its and herb, other drugs a chemically produced, but marijuana grows in the ground, soo God put it there, right? He didn’t put it there to look at!

    ok this is getting rediculous we are just repeating the same things over and over. we all know the good effects marijuana has on our bodies and the economy but us blogging about isnt helping at all. We need to hear more ideas about how to get it legalized or aleast decriminalized.

    alcohol and cigaretts are twice as harmfull? come on people. We all know that is an understatement. As a matter of fact, that statement angers me a little because marijuana does more good for the body than bad especially when eaten. it hase a bigger contrast of good to bad than almost all the drugs on the market! so why not say the truth… alcohol and ciggaretts are ultimately more harmful from any aspect, 100 %!!!

    What does it matter twice, three times, ultimately. The point is they’re more harmful. We keep worrying about these mundane detales instead of trying to figure out how to get this through congress. You people joined this cause to try to make a difference and we realy need to think hard and come up with new ideas or all were gonna be doing for the rest of our lives is posting topics and replies. come on me and o’keefe cant do this by our selves.

    the bad things about marijuana would include bloodshot eyes; your heart beats much faster and your pulse rate is rapid; you will also experience a dry mouth in addition to a dry throat. This drug can not only damage or reduce your short-term memory but it also alters your sense of time. It will diminish your ability to perform tasks requiring your concentration, coordination and speedy reactions. Thus it would impair your ability to say drive your car or try to operate any machinery.

    It could cause complications if you are pregnant or even in cases where you are trying to get pregnant. It could also result in a number of psychotic disorders.

    But really alcohol and cigarettes and many other drugs do the same things. The only thing that really sets it out of the other drugs is acute panic anxiety reaction which is very rare and normally only occurs in younger kids that usually smoke it instead of eating or other methods.

    So make it Legal it deserves to be!

    I think you should include in your first paragraph that it only occurs when you’re high and is temporary.

    What orion kreese failed to mention is that the side affects are of a small percent and are not devastatingly accute. yes it does effect the short tem memory. Ive never heard of anyone dieing from blood shot eyes or a dry throat, hell just drink some liquids everything that people point out about marijuana is all minor side effects compared to other things, but the psychosis is a complete lie that has never been proven. ive smoked weed a very long time and almost everyone ive ever known either smokes marijuana or has tried it and there is no valid evidence that marijuana is at fault. Yes this drug has negative counterparts as well as everything eles in life if done to much. but the benifits totaly out weigh the stereo types.

    if you guys want to take action about this issue the first step would be legalizing the hemp industry.. there is a campaign for that..its more than half way done, its on my profile, support it.
