okay, I’m a total dork .. I just figured out if I click on “view all” of the members – I can see what they pledged. Next step is to thank them.
This is a little scary – $55 so far. I’m going to have work hard on avoiding chocolate.

I need to lose ten pounds. I can do it with your help. I’m doing good for myself by dropping the weight, and I’m helping a hunger organization in the process. So, if you pledge $10 to this effort, you’ll help keep to my weight loss goal and make hunger unacceptable. The organization that will benefit is the Austin Food Bank. I’ve chosen that organization because I was inspired by my social media colleagues work for that organization – and because of the extra pressures created by Hurricane Ike.

I think what he did was create a feed from social actions searching on the word “hunger” and then putting it into a twitterfeed.

I’m doing this as an experiment with the Point and I’m very surprised to see $30 raised so far. Now, I’m trying to figure out how to know who donated so I can thank them.
