We can’t let the government control everything we do. Just because they can’t tax a marijuana plant does not mean it shouldn’t be legal. It was made from the earth not by man. It makes no sence to forbid such a beautiful thing.

    The thing that I do not understand is in a time where our economy is hurting so much you would think that the goverment would jump at the chance to tax reefer. not only would it provide crops for farmers, it would also free up alot of money in the task force against drugs. pot is a muti-million dollar a year industry just think of all the good that money would do for us, if it is not going scumb-bag murders. Not to mention the fact it would free up space in prisons for real crimes. you get busted with smoke you get 10 years, rape a little girl 3 years. wow they are so fucking confused it scars me.People are able to make up their own minds if they want to smoke or not, why dose the goverment want to control what I put in my body, when I thik it is better for me then booze.

    your right marijuana is not harmful to the body. i believe the government is planning to take complete control of us. and remember thats what i believe. weed is the only plant so far known that can help prevent diseases and control pain. one thing i know it helps prevent is breast cancer. and i think if more people found out that its actually beneficial for both people and our economy than they will re evaluate there decision about weed. not only can it help the human body but it can be used to make numerouse house hold items. paper, lotion, clothes, ect. and about the tax thing….and dont take what im about to say serious because i cant say its a fact. but i think the only reason the government doesnt tax it is because even if they do most people will still grow it and sell it illegally. i jus hope we are in a long prohibition period.
