Lawyer and medicines

In 2006 I won a civil case for a work done and never paid.
I still haven’t see a single cent about seven thousands euros that I advance but my lawyer decide not to follow me anymore and ask me to pay him.
His parcel is about the same figure I should take from my debtor, so instead of receiving what I expect I have to pay him as much as I should have.
Total is fourteen thousands euros of loss for me. That’s the price to be in my own rights and respect laws.
I still have two thousands of savings and being unemployed now, so I don’t know what I’ll do because I’m using part of my
earnings to pay medicines and treatments for my father hit by multiple sclerosis.
In fact after he works all his life they didn’t want to give him a pension even when he became ill, but they want to take away his driving licence.
So he isn’t ill enough to have pension but enough to steal him his only way to move and despite we have ever paid the national healt system tax he still have to pay for his medicines.
