  • Hi folks. Just want to let you know that I’ve talked with a few law firms, making progress about proceeding with a class action lawsuit against IPowerWeb/Start Logic. I will post the information when the final selection is made.

I believe many, many complaints have been filed against IPower with the Arizona Attorney General’s office as well as the Arizona Better Business Bureau. If you have not yet filed your complaint against IPower with these agencies, I would encourage you to do so.

I have undertaken an extensive editorial campaign encouraging potential customers for webhosting to avoid IPower at all costs and I would hope you have done the same so the boycott is well underway. Here’s a link to a step by step discussion of how to move your site from the clutches of IPower. http://hostjury.com/blog/view/90/escape-from-ip…. There’s also a lot of valuable information at the hostjury.com blog about the IPower situation.

Remember, there is strength in numbers.

  • I have recently had problems with Ipower. A Google search of my site shows that anyone going onto my website are at risk of harm to their computers. Trying to resolve the problem with Ipower was frustrating. With each tech person, I had a different result and was never able to resolve the problem. I cannot log in, even though I have received three different new passwords. They were good at one time, but now they are awful. This will ruin my reputation with anyone finding this warning when they google my website. I want to be part of this class action suit.
