THE PITCH

My husband is a wonderful man that suffers from a rage disorder. After losing control and physically hurting me, he went to a doctor because his pills weren’t working. In Texas, medicinal marijuana is illegal. A doctor can suggest it under the table, and this one did. My husband was ultra careful, knowing the U.S. still doesn’t allow medicinal practices. He was stopped 3 yrs ago for a warrant for no inspection that we were not aware he had. The cops searched him 4 times. When he was being book, less than a nickel fell out of his shoe. 3rd degree felony. He lost his job, and we lost our house this year. It’s all we can do to keep a roof over our head, and we’re stuck due to probation. If this money is not raised somehow or another immediately, he will be in prison for 10 years. Please help my husband! He’s all but given up hope, and this is my last resort to help him! Thank you!

The U.S. government has been doing research about medicinal marijuana. They show it’s effective to help with terminally ill patients and those with mental defects, including anti-social rage disorder, a.d.d, a.d.h.d., schizophrenia, bi-polar, post-traumatic stress disorder, and more. They select very few people for their trial, and give them an efficient amount of potent marijuana and t.h.c. pills, etc. With news that this works, and news that a lot of the lab-made pills increasing risks of suicide, causing severe health problems, and other adverse effects, why is it not legal? Many reasons have been quoted. My thought, they can’t put brains together and figure out how to tax it. In Alaska, you pay for a card that allows you to have medicinal marijuana. That very well could be considered a tax. The U.S. politicians need to wake up to the needs of the general health of the people they represent, and quit throwing people who use medicinal marijuana in jail. And we that believe in the rights of medicinal marijuana need to support our martyrs in any way we can!!!!!
