How has her nomination impacted the Latino community as a whole, Latinos in politics and young Latinas?
The project will focus on the importance of this nomination and the impact it will have for Latinos in politics if she is approved. We will use the funding collected to travel to DC and interview Hilda Solis, as well as interview Latinos in Los Angeles and get their perspective on this historic nomination.
