THE PITCH

Hostway web hosting customer service is pitiful. Changing web hosts is a giant pain in the neck and often involve a long-term contracts that can be costly to cancel. So customers are stuck to choose between awful service and support or suffering through the cost end effort of changing.

Repeated attempts – via email and snail mail – to reach higher levels of support or customer service reps have gone unanswered.

Hostway markets itself as “passionate about web hosting” yet has created impenetrable layers of insulation to prevent its customers from speaking to decision makers withing the organization.
