My mothers home was partially damaged and her garage was destroyed by an EF2 tornado in June. FEMA has stated clearly that they are NOT going to be doing any kind of aid for any of the residents of Attica Iowa. Several of the local residents lost everything, while few lost nothing and exploited the generosity of the Red Cross. My mother is not the kind of woman to ask for assistance, but I know she really needs the help.
Please, I beg of you and your compassion and generosity to help me raise the money to repair and rebuild my mothers home and give this to her as a birthday present on August 24th.
