I believe the more simple the meal, the more difficult it is to make. Same goes for making drinks. Why? Simple: I endeavor to make the uncomplicated spectacular. Any loss of focus will be easy to spot. Perfection is the goal. First: the kitchen. Chef shop’s at Green markets for local organic produce, cheeses and meats. Chef cooks with all fresh ingredients. Everything is made to order with attention to technique and balance. Menu changes are seasonal as the fresh ingredients change. Want a tour of the kitchen? Next: the dining room. I designed a room where you feel comfortable eating and I feel comfortable working. The service is informative without being pretentious. I love to discuss the ingredients and preparation methods of our food as well as our drinks. Lastly: the bar. Drinks require the same attention to detail as the food. Beer pours are perfect. The wine list is full of international gems.
