  • Remember..no meat of any kind! no animal muscle, no shellfish, no fish, red or white meat! NO HONEY! bees are a sentient being respect them! no dairy! no eggs! that means no chocolate from Hershey AT ALL Hershey is not Vegan friendly, however the word is getting out World Vegan day was last month in Boston and a lot of folks were there.
My girlfriend loves to eat, so going Vegan introduces a lot of international cuisine. Middle eastern and Indian, Moroccan, Ethiopian, Course then again, an entire Thanksgiving meal is Vegan if you don’t use butter, Except Gravy and Turkey, and I eat Vegan Gravy and Tofurkey, you can make anything Vegan. We just had some good cheese from England and some from Scotland. My girl likes ‘Follow your Heart’ mozzarella, a good cheese made in the U.S. Hell most people eat soy burgers at the Ball park anyway and never even know it!
Even if you don’t know if you can do it..Give it a try!!I was where you are a year ago, but when I saw how the food gets to my plate, That was enough for me, I quit cold turkey (pun).
Do some reading to educate yourself.
Try silk soymilk just to do it! you may never want to drink milk from a bovine boob again! After all WE don’t have hooves and horns.

go ahead you just might like it.
(p.s.) my teeth have never looked so good, I lost 20 lbs and eat like a Bull, and I’m healthier than I may have ever been. I mean I haven’t been sick all year.
    Just something to think about….

  • i’ve been vegan for 8 months. i’ve lost 60 pounds without doing anything different. seriously! the first 2 weeks were tough but once i learned what to eat, it was a cinch. i’m so much happier and was able to reduce my excema medication and my add meds!

I’ve been transitioning to vegan since december and i feel great about it. your health has noticable improvement, its not hype. Plus i know that i’m doing something which will directly reduce the demand for animal products. Even less is better than not trying at all!
