So . . . Now what do we do?
Any recommendations of where to go to get better informed?

If one person reduces their carbon footprint, it will make a difference for the planet. If many people take action, it will save the planet. It is our responsibility to support the planet that supports us by getting educated about the issues that humanity and the earth are facing – including what Congress is doing about regulating industrial waste, providing new and sustainable fuel sources and reducing petroleum dependency instead of pursuing non-renewable sources of fuel, importing it or otherwise acquiring political leverage with foreign oil-producing countries.
Instead of adjusting to a rapidly declining ecosystem, try adjusting the ecosystem by getting involved, educated and being an active steward of the land.
We have everything to lose by turning away from our world in decline. Please, take responsibility for your world.
One planet, many stewards to preserve it.
I closed the campaign, “Global Stewardship Initiative”. You can join the organization by going to http://www.gostewards.com.

Honestly, when I started this campaign I wasn’t sure how to fill in the numbers or ‘Tipping Point’ because even if one person takes action, it still has a positive impact on the environment and Mother Earth takes a deep sigh whenever someone lightens the load.
Since this is a global initiative, the campaign will remain open and continue raising awareness on behalf of the environment and global climate change. New members can simply jump right in and become global stewards by reading and demonstrating an understanding of the issues, engaging in discussion/debate with like-minded individuals, exercising their right to vote in local, state and federal elections and reducing their carbon footprints.
And by all means, if you find a relevant link or article, please post for all members to consider. Thanks to all who have already joined, and thanks also to the good folks at The Point for providing a platform for change in such a unique and user-friendly fashion.
‘Global Stewardship Initiative’ has reached the tipping point!
That means that it’s time for everybody to complete the pledge: “To educate ourselves about environmental issues and reduce our impact on the planet as individuals.”
Remember that your participation is critical to the campaign’s success. With your help and only with your help will you successfully achieve your goal.
