THE PITCH

There is a law in the United States Constitution which is the Homestead Act in which people could claim land for free. This act was rescinded in 1976 in most places except Alaska which kept it until 1986.

We need to reinstate this law back into our constitution. There is no better time than now during a recession and an increase in people with no homes/money/food.

If we restructure this law to just 2.5 acres per willing person, everyone would have the opportunity to create a heaven where they can learn to grow their own food while sharing with the surplus of food with the people.

There is enough land to do this safely. The land belongs to the people not the government!

If we all write letters to our governors and to our new president telling them we need this now, this could become our reality. To add it to their agendas as a bailout for the people. Join our cause and claim back what was yours to begin with. This is the real Home Land Security.
