  • The Net Neutrality Pledge

The members of this campaign will switch our internet service to the first Internet Service Provider to publicly take this Net Neutrality pledge that provides service in our area.

    • We will not place restrictions on the kinds of equipment that may be used to access the network
    • We will not place restrictions on the modes of communication allowed
    • We will not place restrictions on content, sites or platforms
    • We will not implement unnecessary quality of service tiering model – where certain sites are faster than others if they pay a steep tax
    • We will not censor any sites content
    • We commit to pass profits on to our customers in the form of the best rates and service we can offer while maintaining a realistic budget to maintain and improve our infrastructure and customer service, as well as satisfy our shareholders.
    • We will not charge unnecessarily exorbitant rates on internet service, but rather keep our service package pricing in line with the actual costs it takes to support the service
    • We pledge not to collaborate with our competitors to keep prices high, but to compete against our competitors in an attempt to offer the best, most affordable internet service to the public.
    • We pledge to be constantly pushing towards a new frontier of faster, more reliable internet service.
    • We pledge to do our best to offer more broadband and faster service to our customers, and to bring the American ISP market up to speed with stronger providers overseas, such as in France where internet service that is 50x faster than American service is available for half the price
