Is there something specific you’d like them to do differently? At least give MySpace a chance to improve, give them a way out!
I’m just thinking, if this thing reached the tipping point, I still wouldn’t want to cancel my account because I wouldn’t feel like my action was accomplishing anything. 50,000 is a small fraction of their users. So it wouldn’t be a decisive blow, and this campaign doesn’t outline any action that MySpace can do to prevent it from happening.
I’d say, pick a particular thing you’d like them to change, and make this campaign an ultimatum instead (Myspace must XXX OR ELSE we will all close our accounts if 50,000 people join). That’s my 2 cents :-)
