THE PITCH

The attached article describes well the specifics of the upleasant experience I also shared with DirecTV. In addition, they made me pay for shipping of a receiver back to them which, as a matter of policy, they are supposed to pay for. They took 264 dollars from me, along with the time and credit dinging that finally forced me to pay. They have exhibited a pattern of predatory customer exploitation that represents the worst of corporate ethics. What they have done to me amounts to fraud, and I will not rest until they are held accountable. How many times does it seem insurmountable to weave through the impossible maize that is the big corporate giant? The Point gives me hope that there is such a method for fighting for what is right, and this is such a cause. Please read this article. We look forward to your support:
