THE PITCH

My thesis is fairly simple:

When a large group of people are asked a specific question each individual member is often far off but the average input is often very close to the actual answer.

I propose a series of experiments in which this ability is applied to quires that could, if the group consensus is more often than not correct, provide financial benefit to all members at no cost.

This experiment, FOREX Phase I, will consist of each participating member looking at a naked chart of the EUR/USD currency pair. No knowledge of Forex is needed. The participant will be asked to give their gut impression of what the price will do in the next few hours. This input will be tallied in poll format and the average answer will be acted upon in paper trade format. The results will be posted on the project blog.
The question at hand is whether the instincts of the whole will act as an efficient neural network, obtaining results superior to any one individual’s results.

Before getting into car research I just invested and I think its all corrupt to some extent. What we have today is just the 98 Nasd crash all over again. And some get richer again
