If we reach exactly $60,000, then We will give money to:Day By Day Mobile Cafe to provide fresh water and meals at no cost to victims.
- THE PITCH

We are in food service and will be going to serve FREE meals to the victims of Hurricane Irene on the east coast. Please visit our website to see pictures of our mobile operation: daybydaymobilecafe.com. We have the equipment, staff, licenses and insurance to bring food and water to communities that will have no electricity, fresh water or food. What we lack are the necessary funds. That is where YOU come to the rescue! Your donation will provide gas/diesel to get our vehicles to the disaster areas, food inventory to prepare hot nutritious free meals, and modest compensation for the four cook/food service staff who will be making this trip and doing all the work. We will be able to serve 3 meals a day to hundreds of victims for approximately 14 days. Our deadline is Tuesday 8/30/11.
