2. eating healthier
3. thinking positive
4. marathon #2 (I’ve only got three months to train; is it even possible?)

Leauriy Polk replied on Jan 1, 2011Last nite my family and I wrote out, on strips of paper things that we want/intend to let go of in the the coming year (2011) and then burned them. Mine were:
*Fear
*Anger
*25 lbs.
then we wrote out what we intend to accomplish in the coming year (2011). I signed up for the Big Picture Classes course – One Little Word with Ali Edwards and my word for the year is HAPPYNESS ( I’m spelling it this way cause it makes me happy).
HAPPYNESS in:
*My work life
*Home life
*Relationships
*Finances
*Vitality
*Creativity
*MySelf
I also intend to yell less, show love more and surrender my opinion about all the little unimportant things that don’t really matter in the Big Picture of my life.

Tammy Tedesco replied on Jan 1, 2011I am reading “The Happiness Project” now and am excited to join the challenge. I would find it helpful to have a calendar or template to record my goals and check them off like Gretchen does in her book. I look forward to the weekly encouragement emails and reading about other’s successes.

Anonymous replied on Jan 1, 2011My intentions for 2011 are to live mindfully and to be open to joy.
I have registered for a Mindful Eating retreat in February. Also my husband and I decided to share 5 things each evening for which we are grateful.

Brittany Robinson replied on Jan 2, 2011I want to have more motivation and less fear! I want to think positively and realistically, to appreciate the small things (like the first taste of watermelon after a long winter), to think less unkind things about people, and to argue less.
I want to work harder at school and retain more (rather than getting a good grade and forgetting it all).
I want to follow the Happiness Project to the end!

Katja Lehmann replied on Jan 2, 2011In 2011 I want to rediscover the real me underneath the facade and within the corporate life that I live.
I designed my 12 month Happiness Project and pledge to follow it through!
