THE PITCH

Jewish Gay Network’s vision of A Community Without Closets needs to be realized now more than ever. We are so close, yet so far. We need funding support for our daily operating expenses. Most of the programming grants we receive do not cover the ongoing expense of having an office people can call when they are in trouble or need community; a professional employee who can answer phones & coordinate programs; maintenance of a dynamic web presence; & other costs of doing business. We need your help to maintain our high-quality programs in diversity, inclusion, anti-bullying; social support for family & friends; GLBT-only “safe space” social & cultural programs (yes, there are still people who fear coming out of the closet); & information for individuals and communities.
