The teens at Bronx Community Pride Center have already raised $250 towards participaing in an educational field. The trip, provided by Harlem Hip-Hop Tours, is scheduled to occur in mid-August and will consist of a driving tour of NYC that focuses on the historical aspects of Harlem and hip-hop culture.
The Bronx Community Pride teens are requesting donations to help them raise the remaining $1000 needed to ensure that all 50 teens can participate in the trip.
