I’ve just had some really unpleasant dealings with this guy too and wondered if anyone could enlighten me?

I believe ebaY pulled my original thread regarding this a few days after I posted it.
It was posted in Seller Central, The Front Porch and The Soapbox originally.
What kind of run in’s are you having with this SD-STRIKEBREAKER? Let me know which forums he posts in and I’ll check him out.
I can still get into the forums and still check them daily to see what is going on at ebaY, tho I will never sell or buy there again…just like to see what others think about all the BS that ebaY is slinging about.
If you have various email addy’s, just sign up as a new member with a new ID. I have one I used for buying and selling and another one strickly for posting.
Let us know if you get back in.
You might also check the very last pages of the discussion topics…ebaY has been moving a lot of stuff they don’t want everyone to see to the back pages.

This guys’s a lovely piece of work.
I’ve been on the forums this past week as I was having huge trouble,with feedback issues and fraudulent non-receipt claims on my Ebay site.I Basically had 3 members of the same family,all with different user IDs trying to pull a non-receipt scam and then went on to leave me neg feedback because I refused to supply them again,after them being refunded by Paypal for their first lots,despite me providing Proof of Postage!
Anyway,after pleading with Ebay for help,to no avail,I turned to the boards for advice,only to be snarled at from posters,hiding behind 0 feedback ID’s,basically telling me that Ebay and Paypal are God and I must be a very nasty person,for having the Audacity to disagree with them,(they weren’t quite as polite as that :-)
So I went on again last night,and posed the Question,Why do these people hide behind 0 feedback “posting ID’s” and why do they only have positive things to ever say about Ebay and Paypal Policies and tear into anyone who makes a negative comment? It all seems a bit suspicious.How does Ebay allow them to have numerous 0 feedback IDs
Well,I think I opened a hornet’s nest as all the 0 feedback posters just swarmed and this SD Strikebreaker chappie really tore into me,he posted my Christian Name,accused me (falsely) of Shill Bidding and was just generally unpleasant.
On my Ebay shop,I had a note up for customers,to inform them of delays in orders,as my father had just died. He posted this information on the forum and encouraged other posters to send awful messages,like “will we send a wreath etc..”
I sent him a PM to say what a nasty piece of work I thought he was and why could he not just communicate in an honest & open manner. I awoke this morning,to find 3 sick messages,sent by him, via Ebay messaging,one saying and I quote" I am honest & open and I honestly will dig your father up and honestly will open him "!
The others were to inform me of all his other posting ID’s,of which he has around 20,so even if I report him on this ID,it could go on indefinitely.
I’ve now reported him to the U.K Police but he’s certainly one to watch.

I would call ebaY and tell them what is going on. Here are the USA numbers, which are toll free. As their corporate offices are in San Jose, California, their hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The time difference for you is 8 hours.

I am sorry you are having this problem. I use both of my ID’s when posting, but know many ebaY members have numerous amounts of ID’s.
My condolences on the death of your Dad. Both of my parents are gone and I miss them each and every day.

Do you REALLY want to get past ebay customer service? Their Trust and Safety will NOT call and they will NOT give a number.. Buy some ebay stock.. My stock broker has sent a list of reports needed and some questions. From what has come back.. ebay wants to become like outstock.com large bussiness selling items like a one dollar store. Ebay is committing suicide.Why do they put up a shield around getting past customer service What are they hiding?? Did you know they will hand out all information about your account to any law inforcement office WITHOUT any Judge paperwork.. In jan.. sellers will have to include all S&H in th costs of items.. hmm more money they can get from sellers.. If you post that the reason you have raised your selling fees because of ebay raising rates.. your auction is bounced off. News on TV in SF bay Area.. ebay is being invistigated becasue of people stealing from retail stores and selling on ebay expired dates items.. Of course I still 1000’s of those items.. just on eBay.. hmmm
They have laidoff 1000 employees… new members is dropping…. sellers like me are gone… recession is here.. holidays are coming up.. what would be the dumbest thing to do
Raise rates!!! They drop me.. I have OVER 9250 POS 3 NEGS in the last 6 months all by slow payers that “oh my” had to wait for shipment… Would ebay help NOPE no respose!

Free speech?? Try posting questions about this in the forums.. Try putting in your descriptions why you are raising YOUR rates??

In the second quarter of 2008 ebay spent more money in the legal department then it did in advertising!!!!

I am SO pissed off at ebay! I un-knowingly broke some seller policy’s while learning to sell through “trial and error”.Well,they blocked my account and stated i would need to resolve any issues with account to be re-instated.So,when i started this process,i found out they don’t have anyone smart enough to help you with issues,they only know how to boot you out the door (1 strike your out!)policy.It seem’s they’re afraid to speak with people they’ve pissed off directly,which is why they’ve resorted to the ever-popular…..“TEXT MESSAGE” format for customer support ( It start’s when you click any of the “Contact Us” tab’s,only your using a PC instead of cell phone).Maybe,this is all the new younger generation has to offer our economy….THEY CAN SURE TYPE YOU A BOOK FULL OF JIBBERISH.This has got to be the most CHILDISH and rediculous way for a “multi-million dollar corporation”to do “PR” that i’ve ever seen! eBay is knowingly “aiding and abetting” fraudsters!
You think there is a problem with fraud on eBay? You think that eBay is protecting you from such fraud? You think that only sellers have a problem with eBay? Well, actually, in the pursuit of improving their “bottom line” eBay is now knowingly aiding and abetting fraudsters to prey on everyone buying on eBay.
For eBay to claim that the complete anonymizing of auction bidders will not make shill bidding any easier (indeed it will allow shill bidding to run rampant) would have to be one of the most grossly absurd statements ever made by mankind: clearly eBay believes that their customer base of buyers is comprised totally of gullible fools.
For a detailed analysis of what the devious eBay “snake” is up to with respect to the anonymizing of all bidders, including now the “winning” bidder, which eBay claims is for the security of users, but is, undoubtedly, to enable them to make redundant all that customer support staff that would otherwise be pretending to investigate your reports of suspect (shill) bidding activity, which you can now no longer report, because you can now no longer detect it, because eBay is now deliberately hiding totally from view any suggestion of such unlawful activity, see (amongst others):
