  • Bacardi is processed in Puerto Rico where it contributes to the local economy significantly. Bacardi buys its sugar cane from and processes it into molasses in the Dominican Republic.

The Cuban people will be dirt poor as long as they are communists, a rum company is hardly to blame. Next you’ll be blaming Stolis for the fall of Communism in Europe.

Anyway, if your communist sympathizers, thats fine, to each their own, but by boycotting Bacardi your just taking the food out of certain peoples mouths to give it to others. Your making some ones life better by making some one elses life worse, and thats not really fair to the working class people. Communists like the working class don’t they?

Sure there are some rich dirty dealers in board rooms, but there are thousands of people who depend on the success of Bacardi to buy school uniforms and food for their kids, and pay their rent and utility bills. How would you like it if some one sent your family to the poor house because your boss was a douche bag?

Castro doesn’t need another mansion anyway.
