The reality is, over half of Americans do not want to eat genetically engineered foods. 90% of Americans think there should be mandatory labeling. Only 30% of Americans believe they have eaten genetically engineered foods, when in reality, nearly all have.
Stop genetically engineered sugar beets before it’s too late
Genetically engineered sugar beets will begin being planted this spring. If we don’t act quickly, they’ll begin showing up in the nation’s food supply by the end of the year.
Join this campaign, and you can help stop it. Kellogg’s and American Crystal Sugar have made it clear that they are moving forward largely because of lack of public resistance. Public outrage has stopped companies like McDonald’s, General Mills, and Anheuser-Busch from making similar decisions in the past. Show Kellogg that you’re not willing to eat genetically engineered products of questionable safety.
